This workshop is the centerpiece of the ACBL Online Teacher Program
- Workshop is 4 modules held via online sessions. Note you must attend all 4 modules to be eligible for certification.
- Content neutral so teachers can use the apps and lesson structures they learn with any materials.
- Assists teachers in creating or repurposing online lessons.
- Participants have the opportunity to become Certified ACBL Online Teachers.
Qualifications: You must be able to navigate multiple windows, share screens, use Zoom, and learn new apps. Note that a online skills pre-assessment must be completed before participation in workshop. You can find helpful tips and tutorials in our Setting Up 4 Success page.
Online Tools Prep Class: This optional, 2-hour pre-class ($25) fulfills the pre-assessment requirement and is designed to familiarize teachers with the online tools used in the class.
Certification: Teachers completing all 4 modules are eligible for certification as an ACBL Online Teacher. Certification assessment sessions are 90 minutes and several options are offered after the workshop.

Thanks to a program from the Educational Foundation, TAP and Best Practices certified teachers can get a special deal on workshop fees. The foundation will pay a partial rebate for costs over $50. The rebate will be automatically refunded to your record of payment after the workshop. The amount charged over the first $50 will be reimbursed (maximum $75 repayment).
