New Life Masters

Rick Klapthor of Erie PA became a Life Master on Saturday, playing in the Daylight Gold Rush Pairs with Raj Roy of Amherst NY. They came to play in the Grand National Teams Flight C for District 5. Coming in, Klapthor needed 5.17 points of any color, having fulfilled his requirements except for reaching 500 masterpoints. He was at 499.20 on Saturday before placing 10th in the event.

Henry Caspar of Las Vegas became a Diamond Life Master on Saturday when his team advanced in bracket 4 of the Saturday-Sunday KO. Caspar is playing with Jim Andre, Lily Andre and Edward Rais.

Bob Shore of Los Angeles became a Diamond Life Master on Saturday playing in the qualifying round of the NABC 0–10,000 Pairs with partner Joe Viola.
