Your Automatic 5%
Start with directly receiving 5% of your unit’s membership dues – no hoops, no homework. Just quarterly funds you can put straight into keeping players engaged and bringing new ones in.
Up to 5% for Retention
The results from your unit’s retention efforts directly determine how much of the 5% you earn. The formula is refreshingly simple.
Each quarter, we look at how many lapsed members your unit had compared to how many recently reinstated members you brought back. That number is then divided by your unit’s total active membership to calculate your retention rate.
How you improve retention is entirely up to you! Try different ideas, test what works and build the mix that fits your unit best. A helpful tactic is highlighted below.
