Directors and Officers Insurance (D&O)

I. ACBL PROVIDED (D&O)

By Board Action in 2006, the ACBL provides a $5 million aggregate D&O policy. This policy is for Units, Districts the Mid-Atlantic and Western Conference and is provided "free of charge" to all entities. As of May 1, 2008 this policy is with Great American Insurance Company and there is no specific application process. If you have any question about the policy, please contact Linette Curtis of Lipscomb & Pitts Insurance at 901-321-1131.

Please note: As with the previous policy, there is an Exclusion for Insured Vs Insured Law suits.
This means that if one of the entities – say a Unit – sues another entity (unit or district) there is no coverage.

II. (D&O) available for purchase
