Hawaii 2018 NABC hotel cancellation policy

A one night room deposit will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking, which will be applied to your stay. This fee is separate from any cancellation charges that may be imposed by the hotel.
** Reservations may be cancelled without penalty on or before September 16 2018. For reservations cancelled on or after September 16, 2018 your one night’s deposit becomes non-refundable.**

Make Check-in a Breeze

If you have booked a room in the Ali’i Tower, go directly to the Alii Tower to check-in. Bypass the Main Lobby Reception Desk and go straight to Ali’i Tower. Ali’i check-in desk is open from 6am until 11pm. If you have booked a room in the Kalia Tower, go directly to the Kalia Tower to check-in. Bypass the Main Lobby Reception Desk and go straight to Kalia Tower. Kalia check-in desk is open from 5:30am until 10:30pm. View resort map

Hilton Honors members can use Digital Check-in directly from the Hilton Honors app.

Plan Your Arrival To the Main Lobby

If you want to be taken directly to the Main Lobby of the hotel, please take a taxi or Speedi-Shuttle (please see transportation section for details) from the Honolulu International Airport. Otherwise if you take an Airport Shuttle Bus, you will be dropped off at the Great Lawn or Tapa Tower Drop-Off/Pick-Up. If you require ADA transportation, we have an HHV Express Cart that can pick you up at the Great Lawn or Tapa Tower Drop-Off/Pick-Up area and take you and your luggage to your lobby destination. Ask the Doorman or any Bellman for assistance or pick up any house phone (ext. 41) at the resort

Taxis & Shuttles

Shuttles
Speedi-Shuttle is the only shuttle services that can drop off and pick up in the Main lobby of the resort. All shuttles are accessible for persons with wheelchairs via portable ramps. Please see a SpeediShuttle Greeter in baggage claim. No advance notice required.

All other shuttles drop off at the Tapa Bus Terminal which is a 3-minute walk to the main lobby. If you take an Airport Shuttle Bus, you will be dropped off at the Great Lawn or Tapa Tower Drop-Off/Pick-Up.

If you require ADA transportation, the hotel will have an HHV Express Cart that can pick you up at the Great Lawn or Tapa Tower Drop-Off/Pick-Up area and take you and your luggage to your lobby destination. Ask the Doorman or any Bellman for assistance or pick up any house phone (ext 41) at the resort

Charley’s Taxi

National Car Rental
The National Car Rental desk offers cars conveniently located right here at Hilton Hawaiian Village. The desk is located at the front of the Tapa Tower (on the Kalia Road side). For reservations call (808) 949-4321 Ext. 64, (800) 468-3334, or book online.

Public Bus Transportation
Oahu Transportation Services offers “The Bus” public bus transportation routes to all parts of Oahu.

Parking

Hilton Hawaiian Village provides a six-level parking garage, conveniently accessible from all towers at the resort. Self-parking and valet parking are both available.

Daily Self-Parking Charge for registered hotel guests: $43/night *
Daily Valet Parking Charge for registered hotel guests: $50/night *
Daily Valet Parking Charge for Oversize Vehicles: $60/night *

Oversized Vehicles: Vehicles over 6′ 6″ do not fit in our parking garage and would need to be Valet parked. We strongly encourage guests to not rent or bring any oversized vehicles to the resort. If you are a registered hotel guest with an oversized vehicle, you will have to leave the vehicle with valet parking and will be charged the overnight valet parking charge for large vehicles. We apologize for this inconvenience.
