USA Teams Play Well In Beijing

Two members of the winning Women’s BAM team in Seattle, Tobi Sokolow & Janice Seamon-Molson, were members of the Gold winning Women’s Team competition at the SportAccord Competition taking place right now in Beijing. USA topped the qualifying stage and won the final by a margin of 166-77 over Great Britain, who took the silver medal. In addition to Sokolow & Seamon-Molson, team members include Lyn Deas & Beth Palmer, Kerri Sanborn & Irina Levitina.

Arriving in second place in the Open Team competition was the USA team consisting of David Berkowitz, Fred Gitleman, Brad Moss, Michael Rosenberg, Alan Sontag, and Chris Willenken. The Netherlands defeated the USA by a score 178 to 76 in the final. The Netherlands team was also the winners of the 2011 Bermuda Bowl.
