The Helen Shanbrom Ace of Clubs contests

At its summer meeting in Toronto, the ACBL Board of Directors announced that the Ace of Clubs contests will be renamed in honor of Grand Life Master Helen Shanbrom of Tamarac FL.

Shanbrom has been one of the most active players in the ACBL for decades and has won the top category of the Ace of Clubs more times than any other member in ACBL history. The Helen Shanbrom Ace of Clubs contests recognize player masterpoint achievements at clubs.
