Regina Club Celebrates Platinum Life Master
By Jill Wellman
Dick Anderson is now a Platinum Life Master and was the guest of honor at a party at the Regina (SK) Duplicate Bridge Club on Nov. 12.
Dick was President of the ACBL in 1998 and has been on the ACBL Board of Directors since 1992. Along with teaching many to play bridge over the years, he also taught mathematics at Campbell Collegiate High School. He directs bridge games about four times a week and plays four or five times each week.
More than 100 Regina DBC members came to celebrate and the food was plentiful. Art D’Entremont and Dan Mathieson offered comments about Dick’s accomplishments as a bridge player and his love of the game.
