Got Any Diamonds Pard?

Love was in the air at the Shore Bridge Club in Northfield NJ when two players became engaged just before the afternoon game. Ronnie Holahan and Ed Eckerson decided to take the plunge.

Martin de Bruin, owner and director at the club, played cupid for them. Before the game, the ring was put in one of the boards at Ronnie’s table. When she started to take the cards out, and discovered the ring, she was surprised. She said yes! Everyone was excited to be part of this moment, and after things calmed down, cake was enjoyed by all. We wish Ronnie and Ed all the happiness they both deserve.
