Never Too Late

The phone rang at ACBL Headquarters and a voice on the other end of the line asked, "Do old masterpoint slips expire? I’m moving and I found a bunch of them."

The voice was Bob Kerr of Los Angeles who was in the process of moving to Northern California. He was assured that even though most clubs now use ACBLscore, old slips are honored.

A few days latter they arrived – all 421.11 masterpoints. The oldest slip was dated June 7, 1976, and the newest one was Dec. 12, 1990. Even though the most recent was 18 years old, Bob sent them by priority mail!
