Fleisher, Nickell battle for USA 2 slot

The teams captained by Marty Fleisher and Nick Nickell are vying today for the remaining chance to represent the U.S. at the upcoming Bermuda Bowl in Sao Paulo this fall. Fleisher’s lineup includes Michael Kamil, Russ Ekeblad, Peter Weichsel, Matthew Granovetter and Ron Rubin. Nickell’s team features Richard Freeman, Bob Hamman, Zia Mahmood, Jeff Meckstroth and Eric Rodwell.

The USA 1 slot was captured by Steve Robinson’s team last weekend. Playing with Robinson were Peter Boyd, Doug Doub, Adam Wildavsky, Fred Stewart and Kit Woolsey.
