England's Queen Elizabeth II has bestowed honorary knighthood on Microsoft Chair and ACBL member Bill Gates. Gates joins Federal Reserve Chair Alan Greenspan, former President George Bush and movie mogul Steven Spielberg as non-Britons who have received the honor. The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation set up a $210 million scholarship program at Britain 's University of Cambridge .
