Available parking near the Detroit Marriott Renaissance Center Hotel:

• Valet Parking - Located at the hotel entrance, the maximum rate is $20.00 per day for guests, $20.00 for visitors.
  • 0-2 Hours $5.00
  • 2-5 Hours $10.00
  • 5-8 Hours $15.00
  • 8-24 Hours $20.00


• Beaubien Place Garage - Park in Beaubien Place Garage at amazingly low rates. This garage is directly adjacent, on the east, to rencen and it is attached directly to it via interior/covered walkway. Never go outside to get to the garage. See the associated map provided by the convention bureau.
  
  • Weekdays: Basic Rate - $12 per day/$8 with coupon
  • Weekends: Basic Rate - $5 per day/$1 with coupon
  • Coupons available at information desk - Limit One Per Car


• GM Lot - The least costly parking during the week is at the GM Lot along the river. This is a very large surface lot near the Marriott. It will cost only $3 per day. On weekdays you will not find a less expensive place to park.
  
• Center Garage - Located directly across from the Marriott Lobby Entrance.
  • $15.00/per day maximum
  • $1.50 – First 1/2 Hour
  • $3.00 - 1/2 - 1 Hour
  • $4.50 – 1 – 1-1/2 Hours
  • $6.00 – 1-1/2 - 2 Hours
  • $7.50 – 2 – 2-1/2 Hours
  • $9.00 – 2-1/2 - 3 Hours
  • $10.50 – 3 – 3-1/2 Hours

• Port Atwater - Accessible from Beaubien Street near Tower 200.
  • Please Note: Evenings and Weekends these doors may be locked.
  • Access would be by the Wintergarden doors on Atwater.
  • First half-hour of parking will be free of charge
  • $3.00-each additional half hour weekdays
  • $14.00/per 24 hour period maximum M-F.
  • $6.00 max weekend parking per 24 hours (In after 4:00pm Fri- out before 6am Mon.)
  • $175 monthly parking still offered
