ACBL "Bridge Bites"
The following bridge articles - geared toward the beginner/newcomer bridge player - are currently being offered for free to clubs/teachers/units/districts for placement in their local weekly newspapers. Please feel free to insert your local contact information at the bottom of each of the articles (below the ACBL contact information), however, do not make any other changes to the articles.
The articles are being provided in either Word or PDF format. To download and save the articles to your computer, please do the following:
- For each article, you have the option to select the format type preference that works best for you (Word or PDF).
- If you choose to save an article in Word format, click on "Word" next to the article. A box should then appear with the option to either "open" or "save". Select "save" to save the document to your computer. After selecting "Save", select the location on your computer where you want to save the document and click "save".
- If you choose to save an article in PDF format, click on "PDF" next to the article. This will cause the article to open and you will then simply select "File", then "Save As" to save in a location of your choice on your computer.
Note that the file name of each article begins with a numeric value (eg., 001Sherlock, 002TooEasy, etc.). The numeric value represents the order in which each of the articles should be published. For example, 001Sherlock should print first, followed by 002TooEasy, etc.
