You are sitting East and no doubt you gave serious thought to bidding 5.  That would surely be a good sacrifice if 4♠ is making.  Having guessed to defend you must now find a nice defensive play if you are to justify your shyness in the bidding.

 

West leads the K, won by Declarerís Ace.  A Diamond is ruffed in Dummy, followed by a Spade to Declarerís Ace.  Then the Club Four is led to Dummyís Jack and your Queen (Partner playing the Eight).  It looks like might be trying to end-play you.  Before deciding what to do, can you deduce Declarerís distribution?
